Independent travel advisor relationship

Holiday with Renee, LLC is independently owned and operated. Judith Renee Tranter is an Independent Travel Advisor affiliated with InteleTravel.com. Travel reservations may be booked through InteleTravel and participating travel suppliers. InteleTravel agency identifiers are used for eligible reservations processed through the host agency.

Destination details, pricing, availability, schedules, entry requirements, amenities, and supplier policies can change without notice. Information is not a binding offer until confirmed in writing by the applicable travel supplier or booking agency.

Quotes and reservations

Quotes are subject to availability and may change until payment is processed and the supplier confirms the reservation. Travelers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, itinerary details, cancellation terms, payment deadlines, and supplier conditions before authorizing a booking.

Traveler responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and verifying passports, visas, identification, health documentation, vaccinations, travel authorizations, and destination-entry requirements. Travelers should verify current government guidance before departure.

Payments and supplier terms

Payments are generally processed by the travel supplier, InteleTravel, or another authorized provider. Cancellation, change, refund, credit, and no-show policies are controlled by the supplier's terms. Holiday with Renee, LLC cannot override supplier rules.

Travel insurance

Travel protection may help address certain covered events and is strongly recommended. Coverage, exclusions, limits, and claim decisions are controlled by the insurance provider. Declining travel protection may expose the traveler to nonrefundable losses.

Florida seller-of-travel registration details should be added here after the final registration certificate and number are issued. The current payment receipt confirms that an application and fee were submitted, but it is not presented on this website as proof that registration has been issued.
